We are a local food Truck in the St. Louis area. We strive to bring New York City style Banh Mi sandwiches to the midwest. I started this truck business with the help of the Begin New Venture Center here at the St. Patrick’s Center. They provide us with kitchen space to prepare the ingredients for our Banh Mi Truck.
